Springer Management reserves the right to update its policies at any time, with any changes effective immediately upon posting unless stated otherwise. By using the Springer Management Services or Site, you acknowledge that you are responsible for checking this Policy regularly for updates.
Springer Management is specifically limited to persons over the age of 13, and any personally identifiable information provided by someone under 13, or identifying someone under this age, will be deleted immediately upon discovery.
Personally Identifiable Information
The Springer Management Site is intended for advertising purposes only and will not collect personally identifiable information about you or require you to create an account or register directly through the Site. Any solicitations for identifying information that appear to come from Springer Management, including requests for your name, phone number, age, credit card or other billing information, email address, physical address, and Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (used to access the Site) is from a party outside Springer Management “phishing” for your personal information, should be reported to Springer Management immediately, and promptly disregarded.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Springer Management may, however, collect non-personally identifiable information, such as your computer’s browser type, language preference, referring website, date and time of each visitor request, and individual preferences. Even if you do not register with or provide any Personal Information to Springer Management, Springer Management may collect Non-Personal Information about your use of the Springer Management Site or Services, including through external sources.

However, where certain laws apply, Springer Management will cooperate with the legitimate needs of law enforcement and may be required to disclose information about you to government or law enforcement officials. Springer Management may also disclose information where, in its sole discretion, it believes it is necessary to respond to legal claims, protect the property and rights of Springer Management, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop risky, illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity.
If you are located outside the United States, the information you provide Springer Management will be transmitted and processed in the United States and therefore subject to the privacy and regulatory laws of the United States.
